Shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). The choice of shipper is at the customer pleasure. The level of service for UPS is also the customer choice. However the Postal Service is determined by the level of service that will allow for a tracking method.

ATTENTION CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

        While the shipping prices reflected in the shopping cart quote reflect that UPS shipping is less expensive then USPS this price is not indicative of the full cost. UPS upon delivery adds a currier fee, duty fee and taxes that YOU will be responsible for before you are able to receive your order. USPS does not apply theses hidden charges. These fees are controlled by UPS and not by Incienso De Santa Fe. If you order through UPS and then refuse delivery Inscienso will not refund your order total or shipping expenses. Returns & Replacements

Incienso De Santa Fe, Inc. Will replace any burner or item that has been damaged via shipping with prompt notification within 5 business days.
